I drove upto London to attend the Sepsis Support Meeting at PWC Building in Embankment Place. It was very interesting to hear other peoples stories, the symptoms which their Sepsis began with and how if has affected them long term afterwards. One symptom that seems to be occuring in alot of survivors is memory problems. Also something that stands out is the lack of support once you leave hospital and continue your recovery at home.
Having listened closely it now makes me more convinced than ever that Sepsis was the true cause of Jess's death and not the natural causes the Coroner said. I will be pursuing this, Jess deserves to have justice and the truth to come out. I don't care how long it takes. I will not give up my fight for her and will do whatever I can to raise the awareness of Sepsis.
If anyone should require any further information please don't hesistate to fill in a contact form (see below). I would be more than happy to post some leaflets to you to share with family and friends.
